OK ITHAKI TERMS OF USE — PUBLICATION DRAFT 2026-08-02

1. Acceptance. By creating or saving a profile and using communication features, a member accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.

2. Age. The current service states a 16+ limit. The final age rating and minor-safety controls are release prerequisites. False age declarations are not permitted.

3. Account and recovery. Members are responsible for device security and their private account file. The server does not guarantee restoration of the same local identity without the file kept by the member.

4. Lawful use. The service must be used lawfully, respectfully and without infringing third-party rights. Members are responsible for content they upload or send.

5. Prohibited content and conduct. Prohibited material includes illegal content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, threats, harassment, incitement to violence or hatred, encouragement of suicide or self-harm, human trafficking, fraud, malware, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, disclosure of third-party personal data, spam, automated abuse and attempts to compromise security.

6. User content. Members retain their rights but grant the necessary non-exclusive permission to technically host, transmit, reformat and display content solely to operate the service. Members represent that they have the required rights.

7. Reports and moderation. OK ITHAKI may restrict, hide or remove content, mute or block accounts and preserve evidence where necessary for safety, lawful operation, reports or legal duties. Decisions should follow published rules and, where applicable, include reasons and an appeal route.

8. Notice of illegal content. The website and app provide reporting mechanisms. A notice should identify the content, explain the reason and include a good-faith declaration. False or abusive notices are prohibited.

9. Availability. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical issues. Recovery of every message, file or account is not guaranteed.

10. Third-party services. Notifications, hosting, DNS/TLS and third-party links may also be governed by the relevant provider terms.

11. Termination. A member may stop using the service and request deletion. OK ITHAKI may suspend access for rule violations, serious risk, lawful requests or protection of the service.

12. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for user content, loss of a local recovery file or indirect loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not limited.

13. Law and contact. Greek and European Union law apply without removing mandatory consumer rights. Contact: okithaki@gmail.com.
